96: Going All In on Work Worth Doing
To move from surviving to thriving, you have to do the work. But not just any work, you have to be doing the work that's worth doing. A consult call with a prospective client yesterday really solidified the fact that I help people do the work that’s worth doing. In order to do this work, you have to be vulnerable and just by listening to this episode, I know you’re up for doing the work.
In this episode, I share what that work is and what makes it worth doing, how to do it and know when it’s the right time to do so, and what happens to you if you go through with it.
In Today’s Episode We Discuss:
6:24 - How “work” works differently in the coaching world vs. how most people usually think
11:55 - When doing this work is worth your time and how it changes you
15:40 - The work that’s not worth doing (and why)
23:25 - The first type of work worth doing and how to tell if it’s worth doing it
27:45 - The second type of work that’s worth doing
32:36 - The third and fourth types of work worth doing
38:06 - The fifth and final type of work that’s worth doing
41:41 - An indicator for starting to do the work worth doing
44:03 - A recommendation that’ll make this work easier for you than going it alone
Applications for Runway to Freedom for the fall 2022 cohort are due September 30th.
