Neither, exactly. The Collective is a living, active coaching partnership — not a course with modules to complete or a membership with content to consume on a schedule. There's no curriculum to keep up with and no pressure to show up a certain way. The Blueprints resource library is available from day one and you use it when you need it, not on our timeline. The calls are live. The community is active. And Andrea is coaching you — not delivering content at you.

Builder members have up to two calls a month: the monthly Strategy Lab with Andrea and the Advisory Lab with that month's specialist. Visionary members have up to three calls a month: the CEO Lab twice monthly with Andrea, plus the Advisory Lab which includes an exclusive Visionary-only extension.
Beyond calls, most members carve out about two focused hours a week working on their business rather than in it. Most find those hours within their first month — not because they worked more, but because they started working differently. If you can't see where those two hours would come from right now, that's one of the first things we work on together. That's the whole point.

All calls are live on Zoom — and everything is recorded and available in your membership hub. You never fall behind. If you can't make a call, the replay is there, and you'll often find yourself catching something you would have missed in the moment anyway.

The CEO Getaways are curated experiences — Andrea handles all programming, activities, meals, and the full experience. Members are responsible for their own travel to the location and hotel accommodation, which Andrea's team provides recommendations for. Dates and locations are announced well in advance so you can plan accordingly. Everything else is taken care of.
