60-90 MINUTES
Workshop Session
High-impact, highly interactive. Best for opening or closing a larger event — or as a standalone experience when time is limited but depth is non-negotiable. Participants apply the framework to an actual challenge during the session itself.
Available virtually or in-person. Ideal for conference breakouts, leadership team kick-offs, ERG events, and women's leadership programs.
HALF DAY - 3 - 4 HOURS
Deep-Dive Workshop
Room to go further. The half-day format gives participants time to move through the full framework — build awareness, shift the thinking pattern, and create a specific action plan for their situation. Andrea's preferred format for leadership teams.
In-person only. Ideal for executive retreats, leadership offsites, and team development days.
