73: Removing Limiting Beliefs

How do you set aside your limiting beliefs?

That’s what I want to help you achieve in this episode. A lot of people believe that they can’t be happy in multiple areas of their lives at once. If one thing’s going right, another must be going wrong. 

I don’t believe that. I believe that if you know how to reframe your thoughts, you can achieve happiness in any and all areas of your life. In this episode, I’m teaching you how to evaluate and reframe your limiting beliefs so that you can live your life the way you want. 

I’m sharing 6 steps to set aside your limiting beliefs. I want you to think of a limiting belief that you’d like to change and take the time to sit down and go through these 6 steps. If you follow the process in this episode, you’ll see for yourself how it can transform your life.
