91: Don't Go It Alone: The Benefits of a Group Program

Entrepreneurship can feel like a lonely journey, as can motherhood and even marriage sometimes. It can often seem like you’re in a race nobody else is even aware is happening. You can talk to family or friends about business or parenting or relationships and they’ll not understand where you’re coming from.

That’s why we crave to be a part of a group and why I offer coaching in group-based containers. In this episode, I talk about the importance of not going it alone and a group program supports you.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

5:25 - Who popularized the idea of a like-minded community

10:23 - Seven ways a group or community can benefit you personally and professionally

24:59 - What happens when you’re not part of a group

30:05 - The key to surrounding yourself with like-minded people

30:34 - Why virtual communities are sometimes better than in-person meetups

33:01 - Upcoming deadlines to join my group coaching communities

There are two options that I have for you to be part of groups. Get an application in so we can start to have a conversation about this.

Applications for Committed to Growth are always due on the last Thursday of the monthApplications for Runway to Freedom for the fall 2022 cohort are due September 30th.
